Introduction

SDTECH Outdoor Digital signage is a name given to any number of methods used to display multimedia content in public venues. Alternatively known as dynamic signage, electronic signage or narrowcasting, networks of digital signs have been deployed across numerous retail chains, banks, travel hubs and corporate headquarters to deliver informative and entertaining content to captive audiences and passers by.
In its most basic implementation, a digital sign consists of a playback device (such as a computer, VCR or DVD player) connected to a display. Depending on the application, the display might be a small LCD screen, a plasma display panel, or even a video wall composed of a number of connected screens. With a number of affordable options available, anybody with a message to send to their out-of-home audience can benefit from a digital signage installation.

Structure

GB4208-93 Protection Class, the integrated chassis and thermostat system used in this equipment will meet the IP55 full outdoor equipment standard and be designed according to the following principles:

The outer casing is made of 1.5mm SGCC galvanized steel plate and sprayed with AkzoNobel outdoor special plastic powder for more than 10years.
The outer shell structure is designed to be waterproof and the air inlet; outlet holes are waterproof, which meets the IP55 protection level.
Dust-proof design, the special air-dust filter is specially designed for the air inlet and outlet. It filters the dust in the air and prevents mosquitoes from entering the machine. Easy disassemble design, which is convenient for customers to maintain regularly.
The protective glass of the front screen of the whole machine adopts 6mm AR glass, the light transmittance is ≥97%, high light transmission and anti-reflection.
The whole machine adopts the front and rear door opening design, which can facilitate the maintenance of the internal display, heat dissipation components and electronic components.
The whole machine adopts modular design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
The design hole of the bottom plate of the whole machine can be fixed by the explosion bolt or the pre-embedded threaded rod.

Heat dissipation

It adopts integrated intelligent direct ventilation and cooling system, specializing in special air duct heat dissipation design.
The internal air and the external air of the whole machine are cyclically exchanged. After the external air enters the dust-proof net for filtering; it is divided into two wind circulations after the screen front screen to ensure the internal temperature reaches a temperature difference of 8-10 degrees from the external temperature.
Independently research and develop the fan speed control board, which can automatically adjust the fan speed according to the internal temperature of the machine.
Configure high-temperature automatic power-off protection function. When the internal temperature of the machine is abnormally high temperature and exceeds the normal working range, the control system will protect the main components such as the display from power-off protection. At the same time, the fan continues to run at full speed to fully protect the display and the main parts.
